General description of the structural unit
Horizontal reinforcement system of masonry of the entire building, found in the inner and outer face of the external walls at the levels of the sills and the lintels of the openings of all floors. Evidence - more scattered- of horizontal reinforcement elemets can be also found in the inner walls, which -combined with the frames of the internal doors- can be considered as part of the buildings' reinfocement system, still to be studied further.
