General description of the vertical timber reinforcement system
At the external corner of the L-planed, there is a chase of a vertcal timber element based on a lime-stone. It has been assumed that was part of a vertical reinforcement system of the wall. No other evidence of timber elements is preserved on this wall. The current appearance of the wall is the result of restoration.
