Two huge stones used as bases were situated along the long axis of the room closer to the west wall.

Connection of the colonnade with surrounding structural units (walls, beams above, floor above, etc.)

This colonnade was propably connected with the beam situated along the roof of the room.The distances between the two bases and the walls of the room indicate that there were no intermediate supports.
