General description of the base

The lower monolithic part of the NE door jamb was of poros-stone . It was based on a lime-stone rectangular cut base. Upon this, the timber part of the door jamb was adjusted. A mortise is preserved on the upper side of the poros-stone part of the jamb, neat the northern corner. Its current appearance is the result of restoration work.
