General description of the base

High poros-stone rectangular base for the adjustement of the timber part of the pier. On the upper surface, three square mortises are preserved. Moreover, at the eastern and the southern corner of the base, there are two vertical chases. This base is located at the end of the string poros-stone wall in Room LVIII.
