General description of the vertical timber reinforcement system
A vertical chase is preserved/ has been restored on the NE side of the the NE mud-brick wall of Room XXIV (facing the corridor between Rooms XXIV and XV). The SW side of the wall (facing the inner of the Lustral Basin) has a stone cladding. The current appearance is the result of restoration.
