General description of the chase / cuvity

Vertical timber element on the NW side of the mud-brick pier-like structural element at the SW end of the SE wall of Room XIV. It was based on a stone slab and possibly connected with the door-frame (NE jamb) of the SE opening of Room XVI leading to the corridor to the NE of Room XXIII. Its current appearance is the result of restoration.
