General description of the chase / cuvity

Vertical timber element on the NW side of the mud-brick pier-like structural element at the NE end of the wall between Rooms XXIII and XXIV. It was based on a stone slab and it was probably connected with the door-frame of the NE entrance of Room XXIII. Its current appearance is the result of restoration.
