General description of the chase / cuvity

Vertical timber element, located at the eastern corner of the SW wall of Room XXIII, at the point where this meets the SE wall of Room XXIII connecting the one with the other. It is part of the timber frame of the wall, connected at some height (not preserved) with the others vertical timber elements of the structure. Its appearance is the result of restoration.
