Description of the partition wall
The SW wall of Room XVI consists a mud-brick wall partition reinforced with a timber frame from one end to the other. At the NE side of the wall three niches are formed with possible shelves for keeping admimistrative documents. The current appearance of the preserved vertical timber elements on both sides of the wall is the result of restoration work.
