General description of the space
Room XXVII is located in the southern part of the West Wing of the palace. It is a rectangular room accessible via Room XXVI. According to the excavator, Room XXVII is a later structural addition to the palatial building, used as storeroom. A drainage system was identified by the excavator along the southern wall of the room, which is also part of the southern facade of the palace.
