General description of the space
On this wall we find a transversal horizontal timber placed right next to the doorframe (but with no apparent connection with it).
A pair of longitudinal horizontal timbers is also found at the West edge of the wall, mid-height, on its South side (towards Space V3). These are two timbers of a section of about (0.15 x 0.10)m, which diminishes along the wall.
We assume the presence of more longitudinal timbers on the North side of the wall (Space V2), at the same level, based on hollow sound along the wall. Yet there is no other clear indication of them.
Treuil and Schmid (2017, p.150, fig. 240) propose the presence of another longitudinal timber on the side of Space V3, mid-height on the wall.
