General description of the door frame

This area of the building has been extensively restored. Thus, many structural elements have been hidden by restoration mortars. In this case, the lintel hole is visible only on the North side of the door, while on the South side the wall has been restored up to a height of 1.77m without any trace of timber bed.
Treuil and Schmid (2017, p .174) mention traces of a wooden plank for the door's pivot hole on the side of Space V6.
