General description of the hole

A hole 0.55 m deep,at the intersection of horizontal Tim1220 and vertical Tim1224 that preserves, in its upper part, a semicircular impression for a transversal timber of c. 0.15 m in diameter. It appears to begin approximately at the mid-height of horizontal Tim1220, suggesting a half-lap joint between the timbers.
