General description of the space

Room W1 (ca. 6.70 × 5.30 m), the northernmost room in a series of rooms located west of the court of the House of Columns, was excavated by Wace. Initially, it was considered part of it. However, following the excavations conducted by Mylonas in the western area and the Artisans' Quarter, it was argued that these rooms did not belong to the House of Columns.
